Natural ways to lower cholesterol: Regular exercise and yoga

Overweight people often times ve high cholesterol level because their normal metabolism of dietary fat is disturbed. In such cases the use of low fat diet alone is not sufficient to lower the cholesterol level. They should go for other natural ways to lower cholesterol such as exercise and yoga. A good exercise plan can do more than many drugs available in the market. You are not required to practice vigorous exercise. Just a brisk walk or light jogging is sufficient for the purpose. It will help in weight reduction and increases HDL level which is good for the body. The yoga reduces the LDL (bad cholesterol) naturally. Yoga reduces the stress which ultimately lowers the secretion of stress induced hormones and subsequent reduction in cholesterol level.
