- Select soy products instead of dairy products. Many dairy products are extremely high in saturated fat. Soy products are much lower in saturated fat and soy naturally increases HDL.
- Choose your oils wisely. Oils from meats are much worse than oils from fish, so choice fish whenever possible. Pick olive, peanut, or canola oil for cooking and seasoning.
